Ordering repeat prescriptions

We aim to process all requests within two working days. Prescriptions will be sent to your nominated pharmacy.

Click on admin request and then select ‘order a repeat prescription’.

Using The NHS App To Order Prescriptions:

Click here for a guide on how to order your prescription through the app. If you need help with the app, please ask reception. Our NHS App Ambassadors are Sam Cutts and Dr Andrew Peetamsingh.

• You can request medication from your regular pharmacy, who can submit the request to us

• You can submit a written request in person – you can leave a written note or a ticked copy of your prescription repeat form (the right hand side of your prescription) in the prescription box in reception

• We do not accept telephone requests for prescriptions due to the risk of errors
