Welcome to Claremont Clinic

Thank you for registering with us.

To fully complete your registration, please book in a New Patient Health check by contacting reception on 020 8522 0222, or filling in an online appointment form requesting your new patient health check.

You will receive some messages with questionnaires regarding your health and wellbeing, we would be grateful if you could complete these.

We suggest you download the NHS App and turn notifications on, as this and emails are the default ways we send messages out to you. Additionally, you can view your health record, including blood results and hospital letters and order and track repeat prescriptions too. For full functionality you may need to verify your identity, which you can do in person at reception with some photographic ID.

If you have served in the armed forces, please let us know as we are a veteran friendly accredited practice.
