We are performing at or above average locally in all areas of the survey. On a national level we are performing at or above average in many areas of the survey.

We are glad that we are providing you with a good overall experience, but we know that there are still aspects we can improve upon. We are sorry when we don’t get things quite right. Your valuable feedback helps us continue to grow and improve. We will continue to make changes to endeavour to build on this success to bring you the best services we can.
